Villa Pianora is the entire right wing of an elegant three-story villa located just 35 km away from Florence.
Set in the Chianti-producing area, the villa is surrounded by grapevines and olive trees and it has at guest’s disposal 6 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms with shower. Villa Pianora is an ancient semi attached Villa recently restored and equipped with any confort you may need. The property’s rustic stone-walled exteriors have a lovely charm and the Villa is a
perfect place for a relaxing getaway.
Indoors, you will find satellite television and Wi-Fi. The villa has also been decked out with a
fitness room with a view on the beautifull country side and on the private pool 6 x10 x 1.20-2mt deep.and Jacuzzi, where you can relax during the hot summer days.
The Villa features ample social spaces, all very well equipped. The beautiful wooden floors, the stunning wooden ceilings and also the various fireplaces will give you unforgettable moments of a Tuscan dream holiday.
The Villa opens onto a living space with a comfortable sofa and Tv from this living room through the internal stairs it is possible to reach the double bedrooms Viola and Margherita, both with Queen size beds and ensuite-bathrooms with shower, kitchen completed equipped.
RELAX AREA
On the Villa lower floor you can find the RELAX room equipped with a treadmill, a stationary bike, a Sofa and bathroom with the shwer.
On the Villa’s ground floor you will find a living space with sofa and a large terrace for your al fresco dining.
On the Villa first floor are located the three bedrooms Rosa, Girasole and Peonia. Two have double beds and one have two single beds. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathroom with shower. The sixth double bedroom, Gelsomino with bathroom with shower, is located on the Villa’s higher level, on the tower, with a stunning view over the Tuscan countryside, covered with vineyards and olive trees.The Villa is furnished also with lovely living areas with understated elegance which create a welcoming atmosphere. The Villa is completely Air Conditioned.
